Clayhaus Cassette Decos are the Perfect Finishing Touch for this Midtown Atlanta Anchor Tenant
Our iconic Cassette Deco tiles were selected by the design team for a major tech company’s new space in a recently completed office tower at 1105 W. Peachtree Street in Atlanta. The tenant improvement project was code-named “Project Varsity”, but we have a pretty good hunch who the tenant is…. you can Google it! (click here, here, and here).
Project Varsity spans 19 floors of the new office tower. Our Cassette Deco tiles are featured in the employee break room “cafes” throughout the space. Each cafe has its own unique color scheme, including custom glazes we mixed up to match designer-supplied color chips, a service we’re happy to offer at no added charge for projects of significant square footage, like this one.
Jeff Burrow of Southeastern Commercial Flooring, our direct customer on Project Varsity, was fantastic to work with. He tells us order fulfillment went off without a hitch and our Cassettes were a real hit on the job site. That’s exactly what we like to hear. Thankfully, the expanded production capacity we added in recent few years has allowed us to take large commercial jobs like this in stride.
A hearty thank you to Sarah Gaunt and her interiors team at Perkins & Will Atlanta for noticing us and specifying our Cassettes. It was a ton of fun seeing the designs the team dreamed up as the project progressed. The finished project shows it was truly worth the extra effort.
