The Caldera Collection marks an exciting new direction for our studio as we move beyond our signature clean, crisp colorwork and into the warmth of texture and earth. Crafted from specialty red stoneware and finished with twelve speckled matte glazes, this line embraces a more organic and quietly expressive aesthetic. Inspired by the high desert landscapes of central and eastern Oregon, from rolling hills to understated native flora, the collection brings a soft pastel palette to life through natural variation and tactile depth. Caldera offers an artful alternative for spaces seeking subtle movement and an authentically elemental feel.

Each tile in the Caldera Collection carries the physical memory of Oregon’s desert terrain, its ridgelines, its windswept surfaces, its quiet irregularities. FLAT GLAZES NOW AVAILABLE

Now, the Caldera palette expands to include flat matte glazes in each of the collection’s signature hues. These smooth counterparts offer the same soft, earthy color story as the speckled line, without the added visual texture, creating a quieter, more uniform surface. Whether paired with their speckled equivalents for subtle variation and depth, or used on their own for a more restrained, tonal application, the flat glazes invite a new level of versatility.
